| Paradigm's ActivCycle allows you to exercise your legs while sitting at a computer, watching TV, or just relaxing in a chair reading. It also can be used on a desk or table, for arm and shoulder exercises. It comes pre-assembled and is ready to use out of the box. The foot pedals have an adjustable foot strap and are easy on and off. A non skid floor or desk mat is included. The Activ Cycle is motor driven, with adjustable speed and an overload protection feature. The Activ Cycle can also be used without the motor for greater resistance. It comes with a multi functioning LCD display that reads out distance, time, calories and speed. The cycle also has built in carry handles for easy relocation. It is a low impact workout, easy on the joints. Exercising using the Activ Cycle promotes blood circulation, improves balance, and strengthens muscles. |

I got this for some leg exercise, keep the blood flowing as I can't get out and walk right now.
It has great variable speeds and I have no problem with start up or stops. It is nice to be able to start slow, work up speed then slow down at end of exercise time.
Also great for arms, just set on table and put hands on pedals.
Only thing I do NOT like it the remote cord is not long enough, maybe in time it will stretch (it's like an old
curly telephone cord)
All in all I'm pleased with product so far.

| I bought my Motorized Exercise Cycle from Amazon to aid in circulation of my legs. I'm very pleased with the product and would recomend this type of exercise for anyone having leg problems from lack of exercise. |

A year after total knee replacement, I was looking for a cycle machine to keep my knee flexible. A recumbent bike was suggested by my orthopedist. Where in the world would I put one? I found this motorized exercise cycle at Amazon.com and thought it would be perfect. It is! I use it for 45 minutes every day, and my knee feels 100% better than it did before I got the machine.
I wouldn't think that this cycle would be good for someone who wanted to build quad muscles as there is little resistance. It's great for flexibility.

Got this for my 84 years old mother whom has trouble walking so I want to get her to exercise her feet and I have tried several but not effective. She loves this one because it helps moving her leg easily although I encourage her to continue even after the power stop.
The only DANGER WARNING I want to give is the cord that controls on/off switch may get tangle with the peddle and the cord will get jammed. This happens once when my mother didn't turn it off and when she plugs in the electric cord, the peddle starts moving and yank the cord with it. I took for one star because it should always be in off state when plug it. |
Fabulous After Knee Surgery

| This was purchased several weeks after my husband had total knee replacement. He had major complications after the surgery and rehabilitation was severely limited. After several weeks of use, several times a day, his range of motion is greatly improved. The physical therapist, my husband and I are all very pleased..He needs to have total replacement of the other knee and we know it will help immensely in the rehabilitation process. |
