| A fine ball if you have no sense of smell. But after a couple of weeks it still reeks of plastic. Is it toxic? Carcinogenic? They don't brag that it's not, and there is little consumer protection against this kind of nastiness. Is it merely smelly? Who knows? |

Although this was a bit smaller than I expected, I was quite surprised by how well it worked! First, don't bother getting a pump. It took me less than 3 minutes to blow it up, and I was barely winded. The only issue was getting the straw (that they provide) out and putting in the plug - took a few tries, but I finally got it!
I needed an fitness ball to get my bum up in the air when I did some of my pilates, and this is perfect! I also tried it for my ab exercises, and not only could I do my regular crunches (which I've been doing with my stability ball which was a bit too unwieldy for the pilates), but I could do the exercises for the side abs as well.

| This ball works well! I use it for sit ups and it definately gives you that range of motion you are looking for that you can't find with a standard sit-up. Totally worth the $ and of course Amazon shipping is awesome!!! |
