Bruce Lee’s Simple Beginning Workouts

Bruce Lee, one of the best martial arts master in history, started at an entry level of different types of exercises that anyone can start with too. Bench Press doing 2 sets of 6 reps

When you are securely under the bars, lift it up using two hands and lower it down to your chest then go back up. Repeat until tired.

Barbell Curls doing 2 sets of 8 reps
