Product Description |
| Inversion Therapy counteracts the forces of gravity on the body (particularly the back) by decompressing and elongating the spine. This relieves pressure on your spinal cord’s ligaments and nerve roots. In essence, Inversion Therapy reverses the negative effects of gravity. Using the Body Max Inversion Table for just 10 minutes a day will allow you to be on your way to improved circulation and posture while relieving muscle aches, back pain and stress. |

| It was super-saver free shipping and I got it in 3 days, so I was thrilled. Assembly was easy and took less than an hour. The quality of construction was much better than I was expecting for the price of $89 and I can't imagine why anyone would pay more for one of these. I mean it is good quality and it inverts you safely.....what more are you going to get in inversion tables costing 2 or 3 times as much? I bought this when I was having severe lower back pain that I know is being caused by compression of my vertebrae. My very first time on this I spent no more than 5-10 minutes and I had already felt relief! I've been using it now for just three days and the relief from back pain and pinched nerves has been phenomenal, so I can say this was a very good purchase. |
Great price

Wanted an Inversion table for a long time hoping for back relief.
Looked at more expensive models but didn't want to spend that much.
This unit is great for the price. It might not have all the bells and whistles as some fancier models but works fine for me. |

The Body Max IT6000 is actually a better piece of equipment than I was expecting, even after reading all the good reviews.I had no problem assembling it,and was trying it out on a very slight angle shortly thereafter.I have had it for about
three weeks now and am gradually working my way to about 40-45 degrees incline.I started at about a 25 degree angle and have adjusted the strap 3 or 4 times since.
I use it daily 3 or 4 times depending on the situation. For instance.if I do a lot of walking at the store,I come home and stretch out on the machine.Walking and
standing bother my back the most.So I get on the machine after standing or leaning over a counter for any period of time.In my case, stretching the back really makes a big difference in my comfort level.
I have been doing about 3 to 4 minutes each stretch.I took it slow as the booklet
said because inversion takes a little getting used to(mainly in the beginning)
I hope to work up to 60 degrees and 5 minutes.
The only flaw I can find with this is that the bar going across under the backrest
is very annoying to lay on.Possibly different height people might not be bothered
by this, but for me at 5'9",it goes right across my lower back. This is already my problem area.I put a section of 3/4 tubing foam insulation over it and it is slightly better.I'm hoping when I get to my 60 degree incline that it won't be
as much of a problem because I'll be hanging more and not laying on it so much. |
